To Our Valued Clients! We are all aware of the dangers and quickly changing situation with COVID-19. Due to the fact that our work requires CLOSE contact with our patients, we have implemented the following measures to keep everyone safe. We are striving to ensure the continuance of excellent care of our pets AND their parents. The following are the changes that we are implementing. A) Our hours will be Monday to Saturday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. We are closed on Sunday.... B) Our top priority is Emergencies. C) You can call the clinic from the parking lot to let us know you have arrived. We will come out and bring your pet inside. D) We will take your pets history and reason for being here over the phone. E) We will bring your pet back out to you when exam is complete. F) All payments are being taken over telephone. G) All orders are being called as they arrive. Our warehouses are working at 50% capacity so please be patient with us. H) If you have any questions please give us a call. NOTICE OF HOSPITAL CLOSURE! Starting on Sunday April 5th, 2020, our hospital will be closed for 14 days. The health and safety of our community and staff is our top priority. To practice social distancing, the hospital has made the difficult decision to close our doors for 14 days....
