Alignment bolt came loose and wore out the hanger beyond repair. Now I'm modifying some new hangers and putting some extra reinforcements inside to prevent premature cracking. Now we have to just weld them in.

Finally one rebuilding the beam, now it's time to re-Bush it and install it into the trailer.

Day 2 working on rebuilding some Neway beams. It is all going real smooth, compared to how I thought it would be.

Rebuilding beams on a Neway suspension today. It is not one of my preferred jobs, (new beams where not available) but when it turns out this nicely, it sure is sweet.

Just finished putting some custom made hangers on a trailer. We are still open for emergency breakdowns. Truckers or delivery people need to keep rolling.
