How can we learn from our animal brothers and sisters? I am working on a very exciting new project, developing a yoga class around the Seven Sacred Teachings. There is such beauty and new meaning that comes when we move our body and breath to embody the essence and teachings of our animal family shared through story telling and our wise ancestors. Breath, Movement and Story. HUMILITY Represented by the WOLF The Wolf bows its head in humbleness as it brings us the teaching of... humility, to show us all that we have been created equal in the eyes of the Creator. No one is greater or lesser in the human family. Think of others before yourself. Humble yourself to the Creator by being thankful.
