Similkameen Wild Breads bake schedule: Monday, February 15th -Saturday, February 20th Monday: Caramelized onion/cracked black pepper sourdough & Rosemary garlic focaccia. Tuesday: Similkameen gold sourdough & Red pepper/feta scones.... Wednesday: Roasted garlic/oregano sourdough & Bacon, cheddar, green onion scones. Thursday: Cumin/cheddar, torpedo Brioche loaves & Blueberry/lemon scones. Friday: Tijgerbrood-AKA-Tiger bread, Dutch crunch bread & Red pepper/feta scones. Saturday: Jalapeño/Havarti sourdough & Bacon, cheddar, green onion scones.

The Weekend We are excited to be moving to our new location this week (location to be announced this weekend) And happy to begin offering curbside pickup at the new location starting Sunday, we have been wanting to begin curbside pickup for some time and hope that it makes it more convenient for everyone to order and pick up their bread.... We will continue to deliver for those that are not able to pick up :) Saturday is going to be a crazy day so we will have to stop pre-orders for Saturday, but will be back in full swing baking on Sunday On Sunday we are baking Garlic/oregano sourdough and bacon/cheddar/green onion scones

Palmiers We have not made Palmiers in a few weeks, the original plan was to set apart Wednesdays for Palmier orders, but it turned out to be a bit overwhelming with the existing pre-orders for Sourdough. Back to business We wanted to thank all of our awesome customers for their patience during our minor set back this week. We will be spending the weekend catching up on missed orders and then will be back on our regular bake and delivery schedule on Tuesday
Having a bit of an emergency in the kitchen,the fridge went down last night and we lost all of our per fermenting dough for today's bake and are not able to start any new batches until it is up and running,for all those that preordered we will be down until Monday at least,sorry for any inconvenience,we will get your orders out as soon as possible

Palmiers (AKA - Coeur de France, French hearts, Palm hearts, or Elephant ears) Not sure how many people remember these from childhood, they were one of my favorites as a kid, but they are hard to find now, and if you do find them the quality and ingredients are questionable. We are going to start baking Palmiers every Thursday, all our products are made without additives, using all-natural, traditional ingredients....
