Good morning crew, its a hurting day today lol. After almost 3 weeks where are we at on our farmhouse build. Well lol,,,I'm riding the couch today resting up my back for what will be a busy week next week. BUT here are some pics of our progress. Be safe guys and girls and stay on those tools

Good evening crew,,, its been about a week and all things considered its been a good week, our joint project has been expanded scope wise and with some sun today snd more on the horizon lol I'm out doors for the foreseeable, back onto demo while we wait for the subs to wrap up the basement entrance forms. And only 2 layers of siding lol and cannot forget about that terra cotta blue from the mid 80s.

Okay, lol, once again a repeat offender, a plumbing leak from an above condo suite. Luckily for my client the damage was confined to an area approx 2'x 4'+ , the last persons attempt at an access port was well in rough shape lol the exhaust fan also needed to go.

It's almost 3am here on the west coast, and my week is done, my contracts are wrapped up, and for the most part lol my paperwork is done. And still I cant sleep, then I remembered, damn,,,facebook lol, this will be a couple posts as I've been on a few sites over the last 4-6 weeks. So let's start with that tri level townhome Stats : 1650 square feet / new vinyl flooring throughout / minimal if any transitions/

Well guys its been a minute since I was last visible here lol. Here is the update, I have joined forces with a local tradie and have taken on a farmhouse with a complete gut on the main floor and bsmt. The upstairs will be living quarters and the basement will be an office. Now where have I been,,,lol, I have been buried in demo for the last few weeks Elbow to elbow taking everything out, looking and hoping for good bones, well lol. Good morning crew, it into the final push on my flooring install this week and pics to follow finally lol. Over the last week and abit I've destroyed my iphone and just had it replaced it with the ever faithful samsung android as well as a new service provider so my apologies to those that have left messages for me that havent been returned, I will get around to sorting out my answering machine this eve. Please anyone trying to contact me during working hours,,,please send a message or text or an email for a much quicker response as I rarely answer my Cell while working as it interrupts the artistic flow of what I do.

I do believe I'm now done for the day. So to recap Repeat client flooring done Repeat client rebeading and grout repair done Repeat client ceiling repair done... And that was all done friday the 13 in the year 2020.lol and I digress Next week will prove to be interesting as I'm helping out an old friend that I met working for a langley based company many years ago, back then she was bold and brash and an attitude to boot lol but had a great work ethic was willing to learn the trade and came with natural artistic ability so I helped her learn and taught her a few tricks of the trade. Over the years we've touched base and I had advised her to break out on her own, build her own business, AND SHE DID " TO A TEE PAINTING so next week she will be my boss as I lend a hand and who knows maybe the teacher will learn something from the student or is it the student becomes the teacher either way I'm looking forward to helping out an old friend
