Hi everyone, wanted to share a video from The Wolf Of Wall Street. Just a warning there is explicit language. When Matthew McConaughey talks about the clients and how the brokers don’t know what the stock market will do this is very true and why it becomes clear that paying the bank/brokers high fees and commissions is not worth the service you receive. The stock market itself is a very good investment and you can basically invest in it as a whole through low-cost index funds... for a fraction of fees and keep the majority of returns in your pocket. Investing this way is closest you’ll get to receiving exactly what the market has to give or take while staying extremely diversified.
