Simpli Design had the opportunity to work on a project with a local developer, a group of four single family homes located in Burke Mountain Coquitlam. We created a scheme that could be easily duplicated for all four homes. Following a neutral palette all 4 homes had very similar schemes with minor adjustments to colour for an opportunity to differentiate the homes.
