Vacation Messages Update: We are testing our new vacation message responder script on a few accounts. If everything works ok we’ll be rolling it out on both servers. We’ll also be working toward implementing a solution for Auto Responders.

We are aware of an issue with auto-responders and vacation replies since we switched our outgoing mail handler. We’ve been looking for a fix for a few days and have come up empty handed so far. We’ll provide an update when we can. -ms

We believe we’ve resolved the mail delivery issues we’ve been seeing when sending to Microsoft accounts. If you are still having issues please open a support ticket.

An update on mail delivery from our servers to live, outlook and hotmail email addresses: We are going to apply a configuration change on our server tonight. No action required & no outage anticipated for our users. We’ll confirm when the change is applied.

We are aware of an issue preventing mail from our servers from being delivered to hotmail, live and outlook domains. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

We’ve been made aware of a Let’sEncrypt bug that forced the invalidation of many SSL certificates. We will be checking client certificates on our servers today and over the weekend. If you have any SSL issues, please open a support ticket.
