Every patient reconfirms covid-19 pre-screening upon arrival at the office for their appointment. 3. Patients are not waiting in the reception area, they text/call when they arrive, and are welcomed in when it's time for their appointment.... 4. the patient's tempreture is taken upon arrival. 5. full personal protection equipment is used by the dental provider: a protective surgical gown is worn, along with a surgical mask, face shield and head cover.
