For those of you that know Toby, in Xcalak, you should be aware that his beloved mother, Luz Maria, is very ill and requires life-saving surgery. Due to the pandemic, there are no tourist dollars being spent in Xcalak, therefore Toby is humbly asking for financial assistance. If you could help Toby, it would be very much appreciated.

Hi folks, We closed our doors on 20 March, after our last guests of the season left. We are planning to re-open, with new Covid-19 Safety Measures in place, on Monday, 23 November. We are almost ready to welcome you to Sin Duda.

I came across this great beast in about 3 feet of water. We were both surprised to be in such close quarters together. Beautiful Roughtail Ray.

And now this...

Yesterday I had a real "National Geographic" moment with 2 romantic Roughtail Rays and a voyeur Remora! The rays came so close to me that I had to swim backwards to avoid them - you can see my camera housing's red lens cap dragging.
