With keeping the less fortunate fed, to keeping the students engaged, to help them pass onto the next level or graduate from the culinary course and to them helping keep their teachers, of all levels, employed and help them with the shift of creating online content. How are we all doing?! We hope you are staying healthy....and sane. We wanted to touch base and remind you that both our NDs, Dr. Shabita Teja ( https://www.tejawellness.ca/ ) and Dr. Tessa Stark ( https://www.instagram.com/dr.tessastark/), are deemed an essential service. So please, keep your health plans going. If you haven't started, they will be there to help guide you and support you during this...unsettled time. They can conduct either phone sessions or telecommunication appointments well. We also wanted to let you know that they are trained in counselling so if you need an unbiased ear to listen to you and again, support you through this time, please do not hesitate to book online or reach out to them personally.
