To say that I love this Double handed Sword (jian) is an understatement...... Maybe its just me but the "jian", in my mind, epitomizes Chinese culture. Not too hard or soft.....the middle path.

Baiqui Fist : this is the form that I stick to use in self defence. 35 years ago to take the assignments from my Sifu Chan Wai to work in a Casino in Liverpool. I am still using and it just come to my mind when needed. My duty now is to pass along to the next generation.
