We are pleased to announce that Shawna Archibald is the 2020 recipient of the Sioux Narrows Arts Council Post-Secondary Scholarship. Shawna is in her third year of music studies at Lakehead University. Shawna continues to support community arts programming in the summers by performing and teaching music. Congratulations Shawna!

The Sioux Narrows Arts Council has purchased community instruments. Thank you to the Kenora and Lake of the Woods Community Foundation for helping to sponsor this program. Lessons for all ages will continue this summer. Residents interested in trying the ukulele can sign one out to practise with in February and March. Text Kathy @ 807 464 0399. This year we are celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Sioux Narrows Arts Council. Follow us on social media to learn about upcoming special events. Call to Artists for the juried Artist Show and Sale on July 31st and August 1st has been delayed until February 2021. Stay home, stay safe. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
