Tiny Home heading out primed ready to have a 50 year Polyurethane Roof sprayed onto it.

A recent installation at Big Lake Ranch. 4 days two people to put this up walls and roof, with the customer (non carpenter), and myself, and the crane. Deanna pitched in where she could plus picked up the last 4 roof panels I couldn't fit on the load. A fifth day was needed to apply the full roof membrane, wall wrap, and some fastenings. The owner is installing the carport beam works that you can see in the design picture. I proposed adding the greenhouse and it should be ...awesome. The corner was just sitting there empty to the outside. The coolest thing about this when it is finished will be the greenhouse room with a sheltered roof that is integrated into the corner of the home. It is 8 x 14 and accessible from the home and has a wide window in the kitchen looking into the greenhouse. VERY COOL! I have not done anything like this before -but it makes a lot of sense. The owner is a heating and plumbing consultant, so he is putting hydronic heat in the floor. For snow load protection and energy efficiency this greenhouse is a brilliant way to efficiently heat a greenhouse over winter and have easy access to work it. It can also be a green sitting room. Oh yah, I almost forgot, the walls and roof we installed are R60. On this quiet lake there is only 4 properties fronting onto this pristine lake. This is a sub lake off Big Lake. See more

Our first full Tiny Home in the Works. Building for 37squared located in the Kooteneys. Bottom under the water and drain piping will have an additional R28 of perfect solid foam with zero thermal bridging. Clear coating on Birch plywood looks pretty nice. R-18 weather sealed garage swing doors. Tough to the weather and has a small door built into it. Includes our heavy duty custom designed hinges. This allows a small garage to utilize the full space of the garage including boat storage at the ceiling. Also the small door in the large door frees up more precious wall space in the garage for a work bench or more storage. TIGHT SITE for this garage install! Walls arrived fully sided with metal.
