It is Sunday, and that means Yoga Nidra! This type of yoga is so fantastic to be able to practice in your own home, dressed in your PJ's and so close to your bed for the wonderful sleep you will have afterwards. Send me a message for your Zoom link. Class runs 7-8:15 most Sundays. First time trying our classes? Your first class is on the house and in your house! Hope to see you on Zoom tonight.... Drop-in $15 and the recording will be available to you for one week to practice as many times as you like!

I'm hoping to get an idea of your opinion on attending a distanced, Covid-wise in BC, weekend Rest Revolution Retreat? There will be an option of a private room, or shared with your a friend in your bubble. Please comment below if you are feeling this is something you would consider in the New Year!
