I have been seeing many posts lately about the frustration of fitting commercial patterns. Most of those have concerned the issues related to a full bust adjustment. This is the reason why ‘SizeME’ exists. I think everyone would acknowledge that for most people, there will be some level of adjustment required when sewing with commercial patterns. If we are lucky, that might be something simple involving length adjustments back length or hem. But there are other things shoulders, hip/waist adjustments that start to get a bit complicated. And it seems nothing freezes the heart like carrying out a full bust adjustment. Thankfully with a little bit of practice, better yet with learning how to draft your own patterns making custom fit clothing will become an enjoyable accomplishment.

Hey folks, I've been thinking ... yes, dangerous ... I know ... anyway, I would like people to make their own patterns, using their skills and the slopers I have made for them, using their measurements ... But what if people are waiting for some patterns? Would you like me to create some patterns, perhaps for ladies who are more well-endowed than others? Perhaps for clothing that is more 'vintagy' in style? I could create some patterns with fuller bust adjustments; you would still need to make adjustments to the overall pattern to fit you. I will use some standard patterns measurements. Tell me if this interests you. Perhaps I will have something ready for you to see next week.
