It’s COLD outside!! So what are you doing to keep active and keep your mental health in check? My name is Barb and I’m a program coordinator for the SJFRC. I love exercise and just stumbled on a fitness program on YouTube! Free and fun. Anyone want to join me in a workout challenge? Every day you workout, post in the comments below how long you worked out and what you did. Include the kiddos or workout alone during nap/quiet time! At the end of March, for e...very day you posted your workout (minimum 30 minutes!) your name will be entered into a draw for a fun family fitness basket! Let’s have some fun!
