gluten-free pork tenderloin to kick off the week

this week's is a bit different than the others. we have why? read their biography to find out why: meet executive chef Anthony Seamone and GM Octavian Iosifescu or as they prefer to be called; the dynamic duo. Anthony and Octavian started with St. James' Gate on the same day over 5 years ago and have both experienced a tremendous amount of growth both personally and professionally in the years since.... Anthony credits the friendships and family atmosphere that owners Kolin Barley and Troy Boudreau have cultivated at their restaurants as a major contributor to his continued enthusiasm in the culinary industry 26 years into his career. Octavian and his wife Lavinia have recently expanded their young family to include the beauty that is young Iris. He and Lavinia are also proud newly minted Canadians! They were sworn in as Canadian Citizens this spring, surrounded by their St. James' Gate family and friends and we could not be more proud of them.
