Down by the river, walking through the jungle that surrounds Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica. I remember this day like it was yesterday. It was beyond beautiful, the 3 mile walk into town was breathtaking every single time. This necklace i'm wearing here was bought by a man at Rocking J's Hostel. He spoke little English but with some translation and help, I had reason to believe this stone is a thousand year old snail fossil. And to this day it's still one of my favourites.

I could never deny my love for the jungle. Echo's of exotic animals, through thick tangles of trees, breathes life all around me. Where the air is most fresh, that is where I find my happiness.
