Has anyone checked our park for Pokémon? My Game Boy Colour doesn't have GPS so I can't look for you.

Visited the park today and was told by a very frustrated little kid "you did okay, I mean it's better than Sarnia but it could be a lot better." Guess you can't please everyone! At least we are better than Sarnia :)

So apparently our skatepark will be featured in a Chinese Landscape Architecture book. Not bad for Elmira eh? Thanks again for the great work Spectrum Skateparks

One year ago today the machines moved in and the long awaited Elmira Skatepark began to take shape!

Skate Elmira is partnering with Woolwich Township and Evolve Skate Camps to bring skateboard lessons to the Elmira Skatepark this fall! Registration is $95 (bursaries are available for families with financial need). Call the number on the ad for more information.

Remember to come out this Saturday (July 25th) to the Skate For Heart competition at the Elmira Skatpark from 10am-3pm. All ages and skill levels are welcome to compete for some great prizes or just enjoy the show! Post on the event page for more information.

CONGRATULATIONS TO RUBY WEBER and SKATE ELMIRA!!! This park would absolutely not have happened without Ruby. Looks like the opening was a great success. Thanks to Ultimate Distribution and everyone else involved. Now go outside, to the park, and RIP IT UP EH!

One of the best parts of this project is how it has encouraged other communities to "Get On Board!" To all our friends in the Stratford area, be sure to contact Bruce and see how you can help your community get a new park.

Those dark clouds had us concerned but thankfully the weather held out long enough for everyone to enjoy the park and the demonstrations by Ultimate Distribution!

Great day yesterday at the grand opening! Thanks to everyone who came out and to everyone who has played a part in this amazing project!
