Managing monthly payments from the leasing division Entering vehicles, sales and inventory into our in-house software and Quickbooks Reconciling statements with invoices from suppliers Issuing cheques from Quickbooks Customer service: Answer phone and assisting customers with inquiries and direct calls appropriately Interfacing with various online software suppliers Taking photographs of vehicles to upload to the website Candidate MUST have demonstrated experience with the following tools: Quickbooks Excel, Word Google Docs Candidate MUST demonstrate that they are: Adept at using different types of user-friendly software [i.e. our customized inventory software as well as off-the-shelf software] Extremely well organized Detail-oriented Effective at working with systems and following procedures People friendly [both in person and on telephone] Well-spoken Willing to practice safe Covid practices to ensure the safety of self, co-workers and customers [both at home and office] Comfortable in a male dominant environment Able to drive a manual transmission and possess a valid driver’s license Note: Multiple languages is an asset but not a deal breaker Salary range: $20/hr

Well we got hit again last night at work. One stolen Catalytic Convertor and four door locks punched. In the last two months thats 7 catalytic converters, 5 sets of tires and rims, 6 or 7 door locks and ignitions punched. It just never ends. Watch Global news tonight at 6 for a story on it all. #MythMonday The old myth that you have to change your vehicles oil every 3,000 miles was debunked some time ago. Car manuals are now starting to advise oil changes after 5,000 or even 7,000 miles, but the truth is that the way you drive your car dictates when you actually need to change your oil. Drivers who only ever make infrequent, short journeys may have to change their oil more often; this kind of driving means that the oil never really gets a chance to heat up, which can lead to more wear and tear on the engine. However, if you make longer journeys on a daily basis, the oil in your engine will stay relatively warm, keeping your engine lubricated for longer without needing to be changed.
