Most clients ask what to expect after microneedling (also know as collagen induction therapy). Pinpoint bleeding is typical during the treatment. After the microneedling, your skin will likely be red (depending on skin tone), a bit sensitive and it'll feel tight. Numbness from the lidocaine used before the treatment usually wears off in around 1- 2 hours. Most of the redness will be gone in 24 hours when the use of make-up can be resumed. I recommend treatments every 4-6 weeks to correct or improve fine lines, hypigmentation, skin texture and acne scarring.
