I love myself a strong woman. Since March my business has been compromised and my work has been restricted. I had a lot of people ask about this story I posted so here’s what’s behind it. I have a set routine I do it if not every day then at least every other day. It includes LED light therapy, Micro current (seen above - Nu Face trinity pro) , Guasha, and jade roller with face cupping.
