TOP 10 FOR LUNDER & GOW It's like the Little Richard classic: Keep a knockin', but you can't come in. Canada came close once again on Sunday and finished 6th in the Oberhof WC Single Mixed Relay.... Emma Lunder Biathlete and Christian Gow had an excellent race. Emma (18/20) started 8th and handed the 1st relay in 4th. Christian (18/20) handed it back in 5th. On her 2nd standing shoot, where she missed 1, Emma came out of the range in 3rd position and handed the last relay still in 3rd. Christian cleaned his prone to remain 3rd. He showed up for his last standing in 5th, still very close to 3rd, but 2 misses buried his chances for a podium and he crossed the line in 6th, 1 min 17 s behind Émilien Jaquelin, winner with France teammate Julia Simon. Adam Runnalls was 10/10 in the mixed relay on Sunday in Oberhof. So we had a happy camper after the race! "After my bad standing in Friday’s sprint, I really just wanted to take care of my shooting today. I forced myself to shot without fear and was able to keep my focus. "Skiing was also good today, I knew with a short course like this I would have to ski hard. So I was prepared to really attack the course. Scott Gow is showing big signs of improvement as the season progresses. The mixed relay on Sunday was no exception. "Really good leg for me. Skiing was feeling good and I was able to maintain decent power on the big climbs. Shooting was nearly perfect but I pulled one just high. His skiing time was adequate, but shooting was the name of the game Saturday for Christian Gow who finished a brilliant 14th place in the Oberhof Men's Pursuit. "I am really happy with my race today. It was hard from start to finish, but I was able to keep fighting out there and the shooting was exactly what I needed today. I am happy with how I handled the pressure on the range, I was able to just shoot in rhythm and not get too focused on the outcome.
