That’s wet and pumpkin-y. For tactile fun she added a cup of water to help get the seeds out... #wap #covidhalloween #haloween2020 #lolamaryjane #unschooler #homeschoollife

Just like that it’s #autumnequinox #2020 ! The air in #vancouver #canada has cleared and we can see downtown again. Last night we saw the moon for first time in close to ten weeks. I sure missed it, it can’t help feeling that it’s too unlucky that so many were born where the skies won’t clear. And now we are having a surprise #provincial #election It’s #voting time!! If you have any insights on the candidates, I’d love to hear it. #vote2020 #vote !! #prettypretty #pimento and #clearskies please !

This is my life’s challenge and goal. May her life have been a million seeds, growing into beautiful, equitable policies and societies, created by the humans that grow from her inspiration, along the path she blazed. #fightlikeruth #nojusticenopeace #knowjusticeknowpeace ... #fiercefeminist Thanks to my friend Elle for finding and posting this. I’ve been wanting on my insta page and today more than ever.

#BBC is one of my favorite daily sources for a wide variety of news items and I thought this picture was particularly meditative and soothing on this day when I’m craving soothing. Look at that gorgeous sphere! Is there life floating in the clouds of Venus? It's an extraordinary possibility - but this is what astronomers are now considering after detecting a gas in the atmosphere they can't explain. That gas is phosphine - on Earth it's associated with life, with microbes li...ving in the guts of animals like penguins, or in oxygen-poor environments such as swamps. Given everything we know about Venus and the conditions that exist there, no-one has yet been able to explain why phosphine has been detected. This means a life source deserves consideration. "Through my whole career I have been interested in the search for life elsewhere in the Universe, so I'm just blown away that this is even possible," Prof Greaves said. "But, yes, we are genuinely encouraging other people to tell us what we might have missed. Our paper and data are open access; this is how science works." Tap the link in our bio to read more about what they have discovered, and what it could mean. (: JAXA/ISAS/AKATSUKI Project Team) #science #Venus #SolarSystem #planets #life #biology#bbcnews
