Just got thinking about it today. So hard to believe that just around the corner already marks 15 years as a journeyman! Where is the time going?! I am currently looking for work if anyone is needing a guy! Full time temp or permanent employee postions will be seriously considered! SMAW and flux core. I have a suitcase mig and am able to provide both services. I enjoy what I do and working with new people all the time. I take pride in my work and I think it shows. I am currently doing some work for a company that I've been on and off with over the last year and a bit, and so far have enjoyed working with everyone. It's been an amazing experience to mesh well with all the different crews and I appreciate being given the opportunity to provide my services for them. I work hard all the time and always try to put my best foot forward, and this kind of atmosphere is absolutely the icing on the cake. All that is needed now is a steady flow of work throughout the year rather than just spurts here and there :-)

Well after a morning of carpet cleaning in my kids' bedrooms, I tackled the installation of my Tru remote onto my new machine. I had this remote on my Lincoln before and sent it to Jed who owns the company to have it set up for my Miller. Aside from taking all the panels off the machine it was pretty simple. Just had to locate where to drill my holes and install the strain reliefs. Other than that all the wiring is pretty much just plug and play! Super simple. Trust me if you are looking for a remote don't even bother with factory units! Tru remote offers remote start and stop and 2 mode functions, idle control plus additional transmitters are like half the cost of the factory ones!

Pressure ticketed, CWB smaw all position ticketed and now CWB flux core all position ticketed! I'm diversifying myself in different welding processes for my customers needs! And some work through friends in Estevan that involved frame repairs on a grader at Finning and rebuild on a coal hauler trailer at the boundary dam coal mine. I've also done work for farmers including a repair on a water tank for cattle, a cattle feeder, and capping packers on an air seeder (which I can provide a price per unit based on welding method used dependant on whether it's on or off the implement) See more
