Let’s walk through our facial experience so you’re aware of what to expect when joining us for a treatment at skoah Red Deer. We ask that you come alone and wear a mask when entering the shop. We’ll ask that you fill out our digital Covid intake form, and if you answer "yes" to any question on our form or are experiencing symptoms, we will ask you to resch...edule your service. Your Skin Care Trainer will then escort you to the treatment room. After your consultation, you’re welcome to remove your mask and get cozied up in your treatment bed. During the facial, your SCT will wear a mask and gloves. After your facial, they will leave the room for you to dress, and we kindly ask that you put your mask back on. In the retail space, your SCT will make product recommendations, and although we have removed all product testers you’re welcome to ask for assistance with anything you’d like to see. Our Skin Care Coaches are there to answer questions and take your payment (if we have a cc on file, we can use that card) and set up your next appointment. We would love to see your glowy faces!
