John was so accommodating. I was in a rush to get my trailer out to Vancouver island and figured out a day before the move that my truck couldn’t pull the trail...er through the mountains. John came out and grabbed the trailer the same day I called him and started the tow, he made it to the spot the next day and was awesome to deal with. He kept me updated the whole way!
