Knees are the body's main shock absorber as we move, and as a result they take a lot of force and pressure throughout the day. Sometimes practicing yoga feels like it's adding to that joint stress! In this practice I focus on proper knee tracking in bends & pliés, and some modifications with props to help take pressure off the knees. If you have any knee sensitivity, this practice is for you! Get moving with this short & simple flexibility flow! A really great practice for lengthening the hamstrings with extra focus on lengthening the lower back in our forward folds. No props needed!...
