We are "playing around" with the idea of setting up a sister SBO in Sydney Australia through a "store front" address at Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE) (see footnotes, www.skyebluepublications.ca) where with to help "penetrate" markets for media communications and for E/I development with scholarly researchers there like the Philippines, Oceana (e. g. Australia) and Ecuador around the Pacific Rim. This will take considerable time and deliberation to assess the pros and cons of operating towards this purpose and for SkyeBlue's further growth and development. As it stands we believe we have made "landfall" in the Philippines after contact primarily through social media and mailings via Postes Canada with academic staffers and other personnel. We thank the folks of SUCA at Silliman Univ. in the metro Dumaguete area, the Philippines.
