The 203 Residences on Jarvis site team has been busy reaching another milestone. Crane installation took place over the weekend and they now begin their climb from 18 metres below grade. Great work team!

The Vanguard project at Yonge and Streel has achieved first phase occupancy! Congratulations to the site team and everyone involved in this accomplishment. Vanguard is a 27-storey mixed-use building with a total of 211 residential suites as well as 12,000 sq. ft. of retail space fronting onto Yonge with office suites located on the second floor.
