Here’s a full body Kettle bell routine. All but one of these exercises you can do with a dumbbell, and that’s the swing. Go through all the exercises back to b...ack and treat it like a circuit. Rest for about 1 minute and repeat them all over again. Continue this until you’ve finished your desired amount of sets and reps. Aim to perfect the form before increasing the intensity.
