ENJOY THE FRUITS OF YOUR LABOR Hey everyone before I get into this I got to give a big shout out to a couple of my fellow comrades trainers my co-workers and my friends. A clear honest perspective from an outside point of view is sometimes exactly what you need to help bring up weak points when it comes to sculpting and designing your body. I've been working on a couple of things I know as I can see in these progress pics I've arrived polishing up the few deficiencies that ar...e no longer deficiencies. Much love to my platoon.Now for the good news I'm going to be working with this state-of-the-art body composition machine it's part of my Tools in my toolbox. It's called the Evolt 360 machine! It's a state-of-the-art body composition electrical impedance machine that will tell me everything more advanced than I've ever seen before not only does it tell you the quadrants of your body which will tell me your muscle imbalances it will tell me your body fat percentage your hydration level and it can even tell me what macronutrients you have and you need so I can direct you better in your training and hook you up with one of my fellow All-Star trainers to get you on the right level. Neurological & Reflex Adaptation Welcome to another special edition of Slavkos tips featuring Ravage. I have to give a special thanks to one of Bruce Lee's derivative exercise books that's spawned from his original Tao of Jeet Kune Do first edition. Believe it or not although you can see me and Ravage having a blast together as usual this is actually some serious training going on. What it is good for is reflexes timing speed and neurological adaptation and muscular coordina...tion. This is a good add on to sparring and just to do for any type of sports that requires speed timing coordination and imperative reflexes. I simply have no partner you make a quick move and make a quick sound and anticipate the move before it happens from your partner's aunt then they counter-attack then it's time to reverse roles and so on and so forth. To do any type of anything that requires reflexes and timing even race car driving for example this is such an awesome exercise to create that ebenflow speed and much important timing in your favour. I've even seen many species of animals do this in the animal kingdom I've witnessed this from Lyons Tigers mongoose and even snakes they will do this with their brothers and sisters when they are young to fine-tune their hunting ability and prowess for the jungle. Miniature Pinschers love this type of agility and speed training it's in their DNA I've even noticed when Ravage gets Rowdy with other dogs the speed and skill is far superior even if they're big he runs circles around them and it intimidates them especially with what a loud mean little Predator he can be hahaha he turns into Roy Jones jr come show time everyone who's witnessed him do this is always bewildered. Ravage!!! Today's a special Slavkostiips it's my little boy's birthday today his name is Ravage. This is by far my best training partner ever just a little guy wouldn't back down to any hike anytime rain wind snow storm no matter he's always down for training keeping me on my toes fast with all of his speed and his agility training that I give him we Spar we do everything I love my little boy I would die for this little 7 lb piece of Flesh I love them with all my heart and soul he's been there he's had my back when I was smashed up beat up almost dead at Times. But the loyalty and tenacity my little boy has is second to none. Keepin it real! Okay today is the last day of me not hitting the gym I'm back! This is me not hitting the gym for so almost two and a half months just calasthetic isometric posing and flexing. Now obviously as you take a look at me you can clearly see I'm not in my best form or shape but if your aim for outer space and still land Above the Clouds that's not a bad place to be maintaining will make it that much more easier to come back to 100%. So that means for all of you out ...there you should be doing some sort of calisthenics push-ups sit-ups jogging hiking or whatever. And that doesn't mean eat whatever and throw your health away because you best not be slacking! HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING Okay I'm going to set the record straight here. I hear the word high intensity training tossed around and mentioned all over the place these days. When in actuality when I see most people training who use that word do everything but real H.I.T training. It reminds me of another comedy that is coming to play in the Mixed Martial Arts World these days which is guys training for a few months getting into the ring calling themselves a master a black belt... and trying to walk around with one tied around their waist as such LMFAO! What a joke! To get an actual real black belt you're looking at close to a decade sentence of gruelling hard work and training to become one. The reason I use that analogy and cross-reference is guys are in the gym training like marathon runners for hours and hours 6 to 7 days a week giving themselves a prison sentence in the gym an orbiting in a circles not making forward progressive gains. That's everything but high intensity training. You can train two ways and I'm not totally slashing volume training. You can either trained long and medium to light intensity or you can train very high intensity but if you do so you cannot train long that's a fact. And the difference will be shown in your physique. Just look at the difference between a marathon runner or a powerlifter - bodybuilder. Or let me break this down more simply in the animal kingdom look at the difference between a hyena and a lion a hyena hunts its prey by a war of attrition long distance run them down in the open field and wait until they tire out then they pounce a lion takes a couple seconds to Sprint and attack with ferocious power now look at the difference in the bodies of those two animals enough said. The old traditional way of real high intensity training Arthur Jones then more moderate practitioners such as Dorian Yates looks like this video it is gruelling it is hard it is not easy but the rewards are priceless.
