One of the reasons we love Radio Alhara is their incredible eclectic programming with shows from all over the globe. Not sure where to start? Our Executive Director, Maud Salvi, recommends that you check out The Mango Thief today at 12pm MST and Cascou on Thursday at 9am MST for your weekly fill of music discovery! To listen, visit https://yamakan.place/palestine/ and don't forget to register for our Tête-à-Têtes with two of Radio Alhara's co-founders on December 1 at https://bit.ly/3743SZd. This project is in partnership with Byta, and was made possible by the generous support of the Rozsa Foundation, and our public funders Calgary Arts Development and the Alberta Foundation for the Arts.

The best part? We’ve got tickets to give away! Tag a friend you’d love to see this with for a chance to win! ... For more information on CUFF.Docs, visit www.calgaryundergroundfilm.org.

The Global Toronto Conference was established with the goal of bringing more inclusivity and diversity to the music sector, with equity-seeking groups at the forefront, in order to showcase the wide range of musical talent Canada has to offer. Next year’s event will be taking place online from June 14-18, and once again they’re encouraging Canadian artists to apply! If you identify as part of an equity-seeking community, use unique traditions, expressions and approaches, or like to explore the boundaries of genre, they want to hear from you! For more information and to apply, visit www.globaltoronto.org/apply-gt21.
