Norway's other delicacy is Gjetost - a dark-coloured cheese with a sweet nut-like flavour and fudge-like texture. It is made from the milk of the Gjeti, a Norwe...gian variation of the Nepalese Yeti. Unlike the feral and reclusive Nepalese Yeti, Gjeti are raised domestically on free-range ranches and provided with full daycare and medical service plans. Due to their hominid nature Gjeti are able to take part in the manufacture of the cheese. See more
