Main Responsibilities: Drive through dense residential areas for yard waste, recycling and waste pickup. Ensure customer satisfaction through reliable service (...e.g., arrive on schedule, pick-up all bins, clean up waste that falls out of bin when lifting Dump contents at designated transfer station or landfill. Unload contents by moving blade forward; manually clean out debris trapped behind blade. Review run sheet listing calls and identify any potential issues. Complete pre and post shift checks of truck Physical Demand Extremely Physically demanding role Seated and standing in a truck. Exposed to heat/cold, rain, snow. Climb in and out of truck at each house and manually pick up and unload bins and bags weighing up to 50 lbs pounds throughout the day

Responsible for the coordination of all shipments out of Windsor and other third party warehouses. This involves acting as a liaison between the transport compa...nies, customer service, sales, customers and customs to ensure the timely transportation of goods. 1. Responsible for all transactions regarding transportation of outbound loads including: - Arranging the various loads configuration by destinations - Creating master bill of lading and all other documents required - Contacting the transportation companies - Scheduling delivery appointments if required - Verification of available inventory - Liaison with key customers, Sales, Customer Service, Scheduler and all other departments - Trouble shooting when necessary to ensure orders are delivered on time and in good condition - Traces shipments and address delayswith customers and transport companies. - Negotiation of carrier contract and tariff freight rates - Monitor outbound freight regulations compliance with motor carriers - Track movement of truck shipments daily - Authorization of freight invoices
