Many of you may have spotted this True Blue beauty in Mount Pleasant! The lot is just 10 feet deeper than a typical Vancouver lot, but that ten feet equated to an extra 100 square feet in the overall laneway design. https://smallworks.ca/true-blue/
Getting down to the details at The Mackenzie. Jake obviously cares very much about producing a product that is going to exceed his clients expectations, says homeowner Gordon. He does everything possible to make that happen! www.smallworks.ca
An entertainers dream. This modern laneway design offers a large and functional living space rarely found in a 760 square foot floor plan (and certainly not in the Vancouver condo market!). www.smallworks.ca
Clocking in at around 700 square feet, this laneway home is the epitome of elegance and class. The homeowners selected hickory flooring with a hand applied Amarosa finish, while the living rooms wood details are crowned by a custom stained hemlock mantle for the hearth. https://smallworks.ca/serene-west-side-lane-house/

One thing all of our laneway homes have in common? Thoughtful use of natural light. By optimizing window location in the design phase, we can create a dynamic play of light throughout the day in your home! www.smallworks.com
Same richness, less resources. Thats the Smallworks philosphy. www.smallworks.ca

"The essence of design will always be about people and how they live. It is about the realities of what makes for an attractive, civilized, meaningful environment, not about fashion or what's in or what's out. - Albert Hadley www.smallworks.ca
Turn your property into a multi-generational family compound. We created a communal courtyard with an exterior gas fire-pit the family could enjoy together for summers to come. https://smallworks.ca/cambie-laneway-home/
