#smartservefacts On January 1, 2021, subsection 16 (1) of the Regulation 718 was revoked and replaced with: The licence holder shall ensure that liquor is delivered to a customer only between 9 am and 11 pm on any day. What changed? Previously liquor was required to be delivered on the same day and no later than 1 hour past the store closing time.... #smartservefacts Liquor with food orders can be purchased from eligible liquor licensed establishments. Food must be sold by the licence holder at the licensed premises. The food and liquor purchased together are removed together in a securely closed container.
