With the rest of our beautiful fresh tuna from @docksidefisheries we made this amazingly delicious and healthy Tuna ceviche. Whenever we travel we gravitate to... ceviches especially in warmer climates. This recipe is so simple anyone can do it. 1 lb of diced sushi grade smoked tuna 3 baby sweet peppers sliced 1 small red onion sliced thin 3 cloves garlic minced 1 avocado diced. 1 tbsp chopped cilantro 1 tbsp chopped parsley A few shakes of our chefs blend seasoning Juice and zest of 1 lime 1 tbsp of olive oil Serve with tortilla chips or fresh bread, whip up some cocktails and enjoy with your friends and family.
