In addition to our industry-leading hygiene standards, we have increased the frequency of many cleaning tasks with a focus on high-touch surfaces, including door handles, desks, chairs, medical equipment (daily sanitized) and washrooms. In abundance of precaution we have also made the decision to reach all our care clients to express their preferences for schedule and taking all the necessary precautions to ensure service continuity. Any office gatherings or meetings will be postponed until further notice. Changes to our office procedures Weve changed some of our procedures. Office will continue to run its operations until federal government obligations advice us otherwise. In addition, we are having only one staff member per office and, if interacting with others, to keep a minimum distance of 7 feet and avoid any handshakes. All daily interactions between our staff members will be limited to strictly necessary, otherwise we are strongly suggesting to conduct conversations over the phone.
