I had a few people ask about how I’m managing to run my biz while being in the dental hygiene program (regular 3 yr program condensed to 18mths!) So here’s the truth I was sooo excited to be working on this. I would stay up late working on each and everything needed to set up my biz, making sure I remembered everything from insurance to cotton rolls. Any of my bosses would tell you, that when I work, I give it my absolute all. I wanted to grow as much as I could as quick as ...I could. Being online for school made it difficult as well. I’ve always been very focused to school but with there being less structure, I could use more time working on my biz. It could have just been responding to clients, emails or phone calls during class, but I didn’t realize how much of my focus it was taking. I had to get my ass back in gear with school work!! I was getting good grades, but I could have been doing much better. Just recently I’ve recognized the efficiency in planning. I set reminders which day/time to make posts, and I plan out ALL my posts in advance. I’m writing this post Nov 7th and saving it as drafts until it’s time to go up! This has helped so much because I don’t need to think about getting content ready until the reminder comes up and I just click away! This saves SO much time. Now that I realized what works for me, I was able to dedicate times for school. My finals week I prepped my usual posts and didn’t work on anything new.
