Update for August 17: What beautiful weather this weekend! We hope everyone found some time to enjoy the outside. We are, as usual, open all week 9:00-5:30. Mask and sanitizing procedures are unchanged. If you dont have a mask, we will happily provide one for you. ... With reusable masks, if they dont fit or if they have an exhalation vent on them, we will provide you with a disposable mask for use in the clinic. Update for July 20: We are sure weather-challenged this summer but I hope everyone found some sun between the clouds. Our office protocols remain the same and will remain this way for the foreseeable future. We also have a doorbell to alert us that you are outside, but giving us a call from your vehicle appears to be easiest. We have to ask you scre...ening questions that are not optional for us as they are part of the chiropractic professions return to work directive. Update for July 13: We hope everyone was able to enjoy some long overdue sunny weather this weekend! Our COVID-19 safety protocols are still intact and though things are a tad inconvenient, we are pleased to provide an environment where we use best practices to ensure safety for our valued patients. ... A pre-scheduled appointment is still the best bet to avoid waiting and we are still observing safe distancing by very limited use of our waiting room. Please bring a mask if you have it but we are happy to provide you one if you dont. Trudy says to bring your own pen if you like but we are disinfecting every surface that people may come in contact with so we have you covered there as well. Weekly Update for May 25: Thanks again to everyone for being so polite and patient with our new processes. With a small clinic, these are some of ways we are working to provide services and keep you safe: 1. Our front door is locked but we are working. This allows us to maintain social distancing for our patients. Just give us a call or tap on the glass. We have some screening questions to ask before we can open the door and this allows us to control the number of patients i...n our clinic. Scheduling an appointment is the best. 2. Masks are mandatory in our clinic for all staff and all patients. If you have your own personal mask, please bring it. If not, we will provide one. 3. We have removed all fabric furniture and all surfaces are disinfected after every patient has moved through our clinic. If you have your own pen for paperwork, you are welcome to use it. We continue to refine our processes to maintain best practices for Albertas reopening. We appreciate everyones cooperation. If we dont get right to the phone, or to the door, just give us another moment. All of our new processes take a little more time and you all know its just two people scurrying about cleaning...we will be right there! Have a great week!

Weekly Update for May 11: Its GREAT to be back! We are pleased to be open for all patients with our regular hours. We are only taking patients by appointment due to the Covid-19 pandemic so unfortunately no walk-ins at this time. Thank you for your cooperation and patience while we all navigate these waters together.

Thank you to everyone for your patience and cooperation last week. Trudy and I are finding our stride with scheduling and moving patients through the clinic keeping you as safe as possible during Alberta social distancing and our return to work restrictions. Everyone was so polite and cooperative and understanding! It was a joy to be back at work.

For the time being, we are seeing patients by appointment only. Our outside doors remain locked. We have pre-screeing requirements and are limiting the number of people in our clinic to one patient in the waiting room and one patient in a treatment room. Starting Monday, May 4, we will be open regular hours. Please call us at 780-672-6222 to book an appointment. Please Note: Pre-appointment screening will have to be done as per requirements set out by Public Health. With that in mind, we will not be open to walk-in appointments at this time.... Strict physical distancing guidelines will be in place and we will make sure that we are communicating our requirements clearly to you. Update For April 20 Hi everyone! I wish the news was different and I could tell you the world is spinning on its axis again, however, we are continuing to follow the direction of the province and remain closed to all but urgent patients. Messages at my clinic are being checked daily and I am available for virtual-visit services if necessary. Stay safe and healthy. I hope we are on the home stretch.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone still going to work. From the checkout at the grocery store, to customer service staff at our box stores and repair and service facilities. Also to all of the staff at our long term care centres and all who are looking after aging family members and the members of our community unable to fend for themselves. We greatly appreciate your efforts and value the contribution you are making to getting us all through this crisis.
