EMAIL: [email protected] GOOD NEWS! GYMNASTICS SUMMER DAY CAMP IS A GO!!! We hope that you are all well and safe within your bubbles!... We received news on Monday that we are able to go ahead with our Summer Day Camp program following some strict guidelines and protocols. Gymnastics Ontario has provided us with guidelines for numbers of participants and operating and disinfecting protocols too detailed to list here. We would like interested families to rest assured that we are well-prepared to operate a safe and fun day camp experience though it will look a little different than in the past. Gymnastics Ontario is expecting that clubs will allow groups (cohorts) no bigger than 10 participants/staff to participate within a given area allowing for as much distance within groups as possible and with no physical contact between groups. Stations will be sanitized between rotations. Each group will eat snacks, lunch and do crafts in the same area during the day and each group will have their own designated areas. We will not be able to offer sign-up by the day as we have in the past. Gymnastics Ontario has asked that sign-up be weekly during this re-opening/recovery from COVID-19 restrictions. Day Camp will be $32/day - $160/week ($150 for second child in family). We will operate from July 6th-August 21st from 8-4 daily. The Annual Gymnastics Ontario fee is now renewable in September for those that have already paid it. If you are a new registrant since July 1 2019, you must pay the GO fee of $25. SUMMER DAY CAMP 2020 is a GO!! WOOHOO! We have received the protocol and will be working VERY hard in the next two weeks to get ready for July 6th! Our competitive athletes have already made a successful return and we’re ready for the next step!! Email us at [email protected] or message on FB

A little positivity to share during these dark times...we went back to the gym for the first time since March 14th tonight! Our competitive girls handled it beautifully! Two groups of 8 at separate times and lots of cleaning by the coaches!

From humble beginnings! Check out our floor. We used to choreograph floor routines so that tumbling would align with the matted area! No springs under there!

Dear Gymnastics Families UPDATE Regarding COVID-19........... We hope that you are all well and safe at home with your immediate families.... I had wanted to send an email before now I just haven't been able to make myself sit down to type one. What to say? Waiting for some miraculous news that we would be going back soon! Any news really but there hasn't been any. Gymnastics Ontario has cancelled gymnastics events through June 30th and NCCP courses to May 31st. Gymnastics clubs all over are closed for training so we are not alone! We will remain closed until such time that the state of emergency (Smiths Falls declared one earlier this week) has been lifted, schools re-open and other recreation facilities are cleared for business as usual. In the meantime...weather is getting better! Get outside if you can safely and run, jump, do cartwheels..whatever! I'll start a thread on our FB page and you can add your photos! Remember that your coaches strongly caution against throwing inversions of any kind on uneven, unpadded ground! We know you like to fool around at home...just remember that good technique, proper, safe landings and landing surfaces are key!(..and the emergency wards DON'T WANT YOU!). We were 9 weeks through our 12 week session (I believe 8 for the Monday evening groups). At this time it doesn't look like the Spring Session will take place unless we are able to squeeze a shorter session into June. I am wishing but not hopeful. If your account was paid in full we will honour a credit or offer supplementary classes when we start up again. If you had outstanding amounts on your account for the weeks that were left these will be waived.
