We are coming to the end of our online semester and it has been a challenging and difficult time for most of us. In the spirit of coming together and sharing ou...r experiences, we invite you to attend a School of the Environment "Student Town Hall" for ENVS, BES and GEOG students. The first half of this event will be led by student leaders in all three programs (Autumn, Shreetee and Makayla) and will be an entirely student-led event. During the second half of the Town Hall, faculty Chairs and Coordinators will join the meeting to hear concerns and to provide some Q&A time. The Laura Bassi Scholarship, which awards a total of $8,000 thrice per annum, was established by Editing Press in 2018 with the aim of providing editorial assistance to postgraduates and junior academics whose research focuses on neglected topics of study, broadly construed. The scholarships are open to every discipline and the next round of funding will be awarded in December 2020: Winter 2020 Application deadline: 25 November 2020 Results: 20 December 2020... All currently enrolled master’s and doctoral candidates are eligible to apply, as are academics in the first five years of their employment. Applicants are required to submit a completed application form along with their CV through the application portal by the relevant deadline.
