Friday HIIT workout is up!
As promised, we will be continue to provide updates as they come with regards to our re-opening plan and public Health Orders. Today, the Alberta Government has extended the Public Health Orders to include gyms staying closed for an undetermined date. Dr. Deena Hinshaw did not provide a date as to when they will be re-evaluating the Order, she did mention that they will be looking at it on a week by week basis. All memberships will continue to stay on hold and no billing will... happen while we are closed and unable to provide you with our services. We Believe that Fitness is Essential We are ready, and will open the minute we are given the OK to do so. We cannot express how incredibly grateful we are to have the members we do. As a small business, your support and patience means a lot to us. We appreciate YOU and know that fitness is important for you to be healthy physically, but also now more then ever Mentally healthy. We miss you and can't wait to see you again soon!

The Alberta Government has mandated all gyms and fitness spaces to close effective Saturday at midnight. We will continue to keep you updated as we move through these times. All membership billing has been turned off. You will not be billed for any time you cannot use the gym, and you will not lose anytime. No need to email or cancel your membership.... We encourage you to stay active during this time. We will be providing at home workouts thru our Facebook page and Instagram. We look forward to seeing everyone when we are able to open again and we can’t thank you enough for all the support and cooperation we’ve had while we’ve navigated these last few months!
