We will continue to communicate as things progress or change. We will be staying open until Saturday@11PM. We have stopped all membership billing effective today. Jenny joined our Snap family in August of 2020 and have seen nothing but consistency and determination towards her fitness journey since! This month also happens to be her birthday month, so we wanted to say a huge HAPPY BIRTHDAY to her! We asked a few questions about her membership here at Snap Fitness Cobblestone. What does your membership at Snap Fitnes...s Cobblestone mean to you? -My membership at Snap Cobblestone is kind of my sanity right now! With the crazy year we have been having, I have been finding it so necessary and calming to be able to burn off the chaotic and anxious energy in my workouts. I also work in a very peoply profession and to have a time in the day where I am just able to shut off my brain and focus only on my body and the task at hand is invaluable to my sense of wellbeing. How do you find/make the time to workout? -I am literally the worst at discipline and sticking to something. In fact, although it was obviously a goal to lose weight, my bigger goal was to remain consistent. I have had to work hard to ensure that I have my gym clothes and bag and enough snacks for the day when I go for work so that I am able to just go straight to the gym after work or wherever I have happened to be. I know if I go home and hit the onesie instead of the gym, it is a point of no return! Any tips you can give fellow gym goers? -As a newbie I am still absorbing tips, so feel free to share yours with me instead!! :) Why did you start working out? -I started working out because I knew I needed to lose weight for awhile, and I also knew how much better I felt when I was active. Lots of changes in life, a milestone birthday and a global pandemic, finally pushed me to actually take a step towards that change. I went with the transformation package at Snap, and honestly I know I would not have had the progress I have had if I hadn’t made the decision to do the transformation package! Working with Jayce has been great, with the workouts premade and the apps and the guidance, all I had to do was show up and do the work! See more
