Although we have been leniant on this policy in the past, we have unfortunately had many clients take advantage and with fewer available appointments due to Covid-19 we can no longer tolerate missed appointments. Please realize when you have an appt we have RESERVED this time for your dog. If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason, please phone - we often have a wait list and may be able to fill your spot if given the required 24hr notice.
