Hello everyone, We just wanted to let you know that we have been experiencing a very high volume of phone calls and e-mails lately. While we are trying very hard to get back to everyone as soon as possible, in some cases it may take a couple of days. Please call a few days ahead of time if you are needing to order medication refills or flea and tick medications to pick up when we are in your town. Additionally, we are booking into the end of July and early August for most appointments right now due to some of our restrictions having recently been lifted. While we have tried to reserve a few spots throughout July for more urgent things please call sooner than later if you feel that an appointment may be needed. Thank you all for your understanding.

Great news! As of this week we are no longer confined to emergency and urgent care only. This means that we can once again start seeing your pets for routine exams and vaccines, and can now do elective surgeries such as spays and neuters.

Due to further concerns over covid-19 and new restrictions coming down from our governing body, NO clients will enter the mobile as we will be providing curbside services only. The client will call us upon arrival (no door knocking) and we will come out to bring the pet into the mobile. Communication with the owner can be done via cell phone during the exam if needed. The only 2 acceptable payment methods are credit card number over the phone or e-transfer. We are no longer able to accept cash or debit. We also want to thank our clients in advance for their cooperation and understanding.

In response to Covid-19 we will be implementing some new protocols for coming into the clinic. New protocols include having only one person come in with a pet to their appointment as we work in a very small space. We will also be eliminating the use of the waiting room. When you arrive for an appointment we ask that you phone us from your vehicle to let us know that you have arrived and someone will come get you when we are ready to see your pet. If you are sick, please eithe...r reschedule your appointment or have someone else bring in your pet on your behalf. If you need food or medication, please call in advance so that we can have these ready in advance. We are also discouraging the use of cash during this time and ask that anyone with either a credit or debit card please bring it to use when paying. All of these measures are to help minimize contact between clients as well as ourselves to prevent any possible spread of the virus.
