PHOTO OF THE WEEK SAFETY FIRST ! Shown here is Gunner Johannson in the HBM&S Safety Office in the Snow Lake Main Office building. Gunnar started out at the God’s Lake Mine in 1938 and after many years of mining & shifting at several HB mines, ended his career of 43 years in the Safety Office. Gunnar was one of those special people who was committed to his family, his employer, his job, his fellow workers and his community.

PHOTO OF THE WEEK #300 ! RETIREMENT GIFT HBM&S Snow Lake Chief Engineer John Perry (L) is presented his retirement gift from the guys in the Main Office Engineering group by Clair Pilgrim (R). The miniature survey instrument case contained not an instrument, but a bottle of Crown Royal. The picture is marked as August 1975.... This is our 300th posting of the Photo of the Week!
