Thanks to the hard working volunteers. Trail 21 from the Brokenhead swamp to the the A frame intersection is cleared and ready for snow! Next Saturday we will be organizing another section for trail improvement with some brush mowing. If your a club member and can help out contact Dale for more information.

With the entire province in the RED Critical level due to COVID-19, the Orders under The Public Health Act came into effect at 12:01am on November 12, 2020 and ...remain in effect until 11:59pm on December 11, 2020. Section 10(2) of the Orders state: Outdoor recreational activities such as cross-country skiing, running and snowmobiling may take place while these Orders are in effect, as long as all participants maintain a separation of at least two metres from each other. Section 10(3) of the Orders state: Dressing rooms, warming shacks and other indoor facilities associated with outdoor sporting and recreational activities must be closed while these Orders are in effect. This is the time of year when the snowmobile clubs are starting to ready their trails. This year they have found some of their shelters messed up with mud and ...litter. The photos here are from their Agassiz shelter. Some members of our club cleaned up this shelter in August and look at it now. Please people who use these shelters, clean up after you use them. We need to get along with all users of these trails All it takes is a few people to make the rest of us look bad. Remember: If you pack it in, PACK IT OUT! See more
